  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel, requests must be made before your order has shipped. Once shipped, orders can no longer be canceled.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us right away if there are any problems (defective, damaged, or incorrect items). This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as fast as possible.

Use of Reconstitution Solution

We recommend using only the reconstitution solution provided by IRON. We cannot guarantee the quality or stability of the product if alternative solutions are used, and refunds may not be provided in such cases.

International Orders

All international orders are placed at the buyer’s risk. IRON Peptides cannot be held responsible for customs seizures, shipping delays, lost packages, or other international shipping issues.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
